1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging (where applicable).

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items include:

2. Return Process
Step 1 — Request a Return

Order number

Reason for return

Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
Step 2 — Receive Return Approval
We will review your request and provide return instructions and the return address.
Do not send items back without approval.
Step 3 — Ship the Product
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect item, etc.).
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:

Wrong items received
If you want an exchange for a different size or color, the item must be returned first.
After we receive and approve the return, we will ship the replacement.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
