All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed.
You will be notified by email if there are significant delays.


2. Shipping Time

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if available in your area)

5. Delivery Issues

Wrong Address

If you entered an incorrect address:

US Bed and Bath is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

  • Lost shipments resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your item:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building office

  2. Wait 24 hours (carriers sometimes scan early)

  3. Contact the carrier directly

US Bed and Bath is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.


Delayed Packages

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or peak seasons are outside our control.

6. International Shipping

If you ship outside the U.S.:

  • Delivery times may take 7–21 business days or longer

  • Customers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties

We are not responsible for customs delays.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
